At Mall Road Dental, we welcome both insured and non-insured patients. We also provide care for those covered under government programs such as the Canadian Dental Care Program (CDCP) and the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
Our staff can review available coverage, discuss payment options, and help patients understand their choices before treatment begins. Whether you have private insurance, government assistance, or are paying directly, we will work with you to ensure you understand your options for dental care.
At Mall Road Dental, we aim to make insurance billing as straightforward as possible. Our team can work with many insurance providers to submit claims directly, so patients do not always need to handle the paperwork themselves.
Whenever possible, we request pre-approval for treatment so patients understand what their plan may cover and what their portion of the cost might be. Before starting care, we provide an estimate that outlines expected fees and any co-payments. While coverage and payment policies vary by insurance provider, our staff will help guide you through the process and answer any questions along the way.

Before treatment begins, our team provides an estimate outlining the recommended care and expected costs. This allows patients to understand their options and plan accordingly.

In some cases, regular payment schedules can be arranged to better align with your budget. Our staff will review available options with you during your visit.

We also work with financing providers that offer credit specifically for dental care. Applications can be submitted in our office, and approval is determined by the financing provider.
